Before Work Begins
If you request a refund before we begin working on your order, you are entitled to a full refund. Work is considered to have begun once you submit your intake form and we start writing your content.
After Writing Begins
If you have opted for us to write your story and we have already begun the writing process, you may request a refund of the service fee minus the writing fee. This is because resources have already been allocated to your project.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before work begins for a full refund. Once we begin working on your content, cancellation follows the refund terms described above.
